Most kitchen and bath remodels in this market get priced and run like quick-turnaround flips. The cabinets come out, the new ones go back in, and the homeowner usually finds out about the problems behind the walls once the project is technically done. That's not the kind of remodel we take on.
Our remodel scope is whole kitchens, full baths, and whole-floor reworks where the existing space needs to be reimagined instead of just refinished. Whole-kitchen and full-bath remodels typically run $75,000 to $200,000 depending on the scope and the finish level. Whole-floor remodels run higher because the mechanical rework and the finish-level decisions touch more of the home at once.

How a Remodel Build Runs
Custom-Home Discipline Applied to a Smaller Footprint
A remodel build with us follows the same process logic as a custom home, just at a smaller scale and with the existing house as the constraint. The first conversation is about what isn't working in the space, what you want it to become, and what your budget allows. From there we walk the existing house with you so we understand what we're working with behind the drywall before any numbers go on paper.
The deposit phase is shorter than a custom home but it still exists. It funds the design work and the line-item budgeting that produces your construction contract. Without that work, the price on a remodel contract is a placeholder that gets corrected later through change orders. With it, you're working from real numbers instead of a placeholder that gets corrected later.
Construction itself runs anywhere from six weeks for a contained kitchen or bath remodel up to four or five months for a whole-floor rework that touches mechanical and structural systems. Our project manager and builder stays involved at the site through the build. Every remodel is backed by the same one-year labor warranty we put behind our custom homes, with the manufacturer warranties on appliances and fixtures included as well.

Design and permitting add several weeks before construction starts. You'll get a specific timeline at the rough proposal phase and we stick to it.
