Building Close to Home, on Purpose
Our studio is in Humble, just off FM 1960, and our primary market runs north and northwest of there. We know the acreage communities around Lake Conroe, the country edges of the Sam Houston National Forest, and the established towns where working families come to step up from the house they bought when the kids were young. That's where we know the lot sizes, the soil, the permitting offices, and the trades.
We do occasional work in greater Houston proper, but the place we know best is a piece of land outside the city. The shorter the drive between our studio and your job site, the more time we spend on your build instead of in traffic.
Magnolia, TX
Magnolia is one of the fastest-growing communities in Montgomery County, with a mix of working professionals moving north and longtime residents on acreage. Most of the homes we're asked to build out here are on acreage lots, with a mix of barndominiums and traditional custom homes.
Conroe, TX
The Conroe area covers a wide stretch of Montgomery County, from the Lake Conroe communities to the rural acreage further out. We've built and managed projects across this market, working with families who want to be close to Houston without being in Houston.
Humble, TX
Humble is home base. Our office and showroom sit on FM 1960 Bypass East. We build for families across the Humble, Atascocita, and Kingwood areas who want a custom home that fits how they live.
Montgomery County, TX
Montgomery County is one of the most popular places to live around Houston, and it's the heart of where we build. From Lake Conroe and The Woodlands up through Conroe, Magnolia, and Willis, we know the permitting offices, the soil, and the trades because it's where we work nearly every day.
The Woodlands, TX
The Woodlands is a more established market with mature neighborhoods and a higher-end custom segment. We do select work in this area, typically larger custom builds or major renovations.
Navasota, TX
Navasota sits on the northwestern edge of our service area. The market here is acreage-driven, with custom homes and barndominiums on five to fifty acre lots common. We've done work in this market and continue to look for the right projects out here.
