Building or remodeling a home involves hundreds of decisions, multiple trades, shifting schedules, material deliveries, budgets, and details that must come together at the right time. That's why Wonderview Custom Homes approaches every project as both a builder and a project manager.
Based in Humble, Wonderview serves homeowners throughout Houston, North Houston, and Montgomery County. Custom homes are the primary focus, but the company also builds spec homes and takes on select remodeling projects. From the beginning, the goal is simple: keep the budget visible, keep communication clear, and stay responsible for the project from planning through completion.

- Project management from start to finish. Scheduling, logistics, trade coordination, material ordering, and budget tracking are treated as essential parts of the job.
- Direct involvement from Nick. You are not handed from a salesperson to a team you have never met once the contract is signed.
- Flexible design options. For custom homes, work with one of our partner architects or bring your own architect and plans.
- Value over cheapness. We look for ways to make your budget work harder without treating the lowest possible price as the goal.
- A builder who stays available after completion. Wonderview's relationship with clients does not end the day the project is finished.

About Our Owner
Built on a Lifetime Around Construction
Wonderview founder Nick Bassarab is a second-generation builder who grew up spending time on his father's jobsites.
His own construction experience began with remodeling and real estate projects before developing into years of operations and project management. From 2019 to 2023, Nick managed residential, commercial, and spec construction for a Houston-area building company, overseeing 26 projects representing $13 million in construction value.
He founded Wonderview in 2023 to bring that same project-management discipline to his own clients. Today, Nick remains directly involved throughout the planning and construction process.

Wonderview provides a 10-year structural warranty, a 1-year labor warranty, and applicable manufacturer warranties on its homes. The company also encourages clients to call after move-in when an issue comes up, even if the solution may fall outside the warranty.
